طرز استفاده از گیج تلسکوپی
۱. پیچ قفل فکهای تلسکوپی را بچرخانید تا فکها آزاد شوند و بتوانند حرکت کنند.
۲. فکهای تلسکوپی را به داخل فشار دهید تا طول آنها کمی کمتر از قطر داخلی قطعه مورد اندازهگیری شود. سپس پیچ قفل را سفت کنید تا فکها در همان وضعیت ثابت شوند.
۳. گیج تلسکوپی را داخل قطعه قرار دهید، پیچ قفل را شل کنید تا فکها باز شده و با دیواره داخلی قطعه تماس پیدا کنند. دقت کنید که فکها بهطور عمودی (عمود بر دیواره) قرار گرفته باشند. سپس پیچ را دوباره سفت کنید، گیج را با دقت از قطعه خارج نمایید، و فاصله بین دو فک را با استفاده از میکرومتر یا ابزار اندازهگیری دقیق دیگری اندازه بگیرید. مقدار خواندهشده، اندازه داخلی قطعه است.
Usage of Telescopic Gauge

Telescopic Probes Locking Screw:
Turn the locking screw to release the telescopic probes. -
Press the telescopic probes inward until their size is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the workpiece. Then tighten the locking screw to fix the probes in position.

Insert the gauge into the workpiece, loosen the locking screw, and allow the probes to expand until they come into contact with the inner wall of the workpiece. Ensure the probes are aligned perpendicularly to the wall. Lock the screw again, carefully remove the gauge, and measure the distance between the probes using a micrometer or other precise measuring tool. This gives you the internal size of the workpiece.
