 1. مراحل استفاده (Use Steps)

اندازه‌گیری عمق، داخلی و خارجی:

1. پیچ قفل کولیس را به سمت راست بچرخانید تا قفل آزاد شود، سپس می‌توان قاب متحرک کولیس را با دست جابجا کرد.
2. دستگاه را روشن کنید و بررسی نمایید که صفحه‌نمایش و دکمه‌ها به درستی کار می‌کنند.
3. سطوح اندازه‌گیری ابزار را تمیز کنید. فک‌ها را با نیروی مناسب ببندید، دکمه /۰ را کوتاه فشار دهید تا دستگاه روشن و صفر شود.

2. عملیات اندازه‌گیری (Measurement Operation)

الف. دکمه روشن را فشار دهید یا قاب کولیس را بکشید تا صفحه‌نمایش روشن شود.
ب. بر اساس نیاز، دکمه Metric/inch را فشار دهید تا بین میلی‌متر و اینچ جابه‌جا شوید.
ج. قاب کولیس را حرکت دهید تا دو فک اندازه‌گیری با سطح قطعه مورد نظر تماس پیدا کنند، سپس مقدار نمایش داده‌شده را بخوانید.

حالت‌های کاری کولیس

حالت عادی (Normal mode):
با روشن شدن دستگاه، موقعیت فریم کولیس همان موقعیت قبل از خاموش شدن نمایش داده می‌شود و نقطه صفر (مبدا) نیز همان مقدار آخر تنظیم‌شده است.
در حالت اندازه‌گیری مطلق (Absolute)، نیازی به تنظیم مجدد مبدا نیست.
در حالت اندازه‌گیری نسبی (Relative)، با فشردن دکمه INC می‌توان نقطه صفر را به‌صورت دلخواه تنظیم کرد.

حالت صرفه‌جویی انرژی (Power saving mode):
اگر بیش از ۸ ساعت خاموش باشد، هنگام روشن شدن، نقطه صفر مطلق همان موقعیت فعلی قاب کولیس خواهد بود.
برای تنظیم مجدد صفر، پس از تمیز کردن فک‌ها، آن‌ها را ببندید و دکمه /۰ را حدود ۵ ثانیه نگه دارید تا صفر جدید تنظیم شود.

تغییر بین حالت‌های اندازه‌گیری مطلق و نسبی:

• اندازه‌گیری نسبی: دکمه INC را کوتاه فشار دهید. علامت “Inc” در گوشه سمت چپ نمایشگر ظاهر می‌شود. مقدار صفر در موقعیت فعلی تنظیم می‌شود و دستگاه از آنجا شروع به شمارش می‌کند.
• اندازه‌گیری مطلق: دوباره دکمه INC را فشار دهید. علامت “Inc” حذف می‌شود و دستگاه به حالت مطلق و صفر مبدا اولیه بازمی‌گردد.

تعویض باتری و تنظیم صفر مطلق

1. اگر اعداد روی نمایشگر شروع به چشمک زدن کردند، نشان‌دهنده ضعیف بودن باتری است. درپوش باتری را برداشته و باتری جدید از همان نوع را جایگزین کنید (قطب مثبت به سمت بالا).

2. کشویی را حرکت دهید و فک‌ها را ببندید، سپس دکمه 0 را حدود ۵ ثانیه نگه دارید. اگر “0.00” نمایش داده شود، تنظیم صفر مطلق با موفقیت انجام شده است.

   تمیزکاری و نگهداری

   1. پس از استفاده، با یک پارچه تمیز و بدون پرز، روغن، رطوبت و آلودگی‌ها را از سطح کولیس پاک کنید تا از خوردگی جلوگیری شود. در صورت نیاز، از محلول WD40 یا الکل بدون آب استفاده کنید و بلافاصله پس از استفاده، سطح را خشک کنید.

   2. کولیس را پس از استفاده در کاور محافظ قرار دهید و داخل جعبه مخصوص بگذارید تا از آسیب ناشی از ضربه یا افتادن جلوگیری شود.

Replace and set the battery origin

Cleaning and maintenance

1. After use, wipe the oil-water stains and dirt on the product surface with a clean dust-free cloth to avoid the corrosion of the product surface caused by dirt. Minimize the use of cleaning solvents. If necessary, WD40 solvent and anhydrous alcohol solvent can be used. Wipe the alcohol immediately after cleaning the dirt.

2. Measurement operation

a. Press the switch or pull the caliper frame to light up the display.
b. According to the measurement requirements, press the Metric/inch button to select the measurement unit. c.Move the caliper frame so that the measuring surfaces of the two calipers are in close contact with the surfaces of the measured object, and then read the value shows on screen.
Normal mode: Turn on the power supply, the display shows the position of the ruler frame before turning off the power supply, and the zero position (origin) of the caliper is the last set zero position (origin) before turning off the power supply. When using the absolute measurement mode, there is no need to adjust the origin position. When using the relative measurement mode, Press INC to adjust the zero position (non origin) according to the demand.
Power saving mode (shutdown time is more than 8 hours): turn on the power supply, and the absolute measurement zero position (origin) of the caliper is the position of the caliper frame when starting up. After the measuring surface needs to be cleaned, move the ruler frame to close the measuring surface, and long press the/Okey for five seconds to reset the zero position (origin) of the absolute measurement mode. d.Switching between absolute measurement and relative measurement
Relative measurement: briefly press the INC button, the Inc indicator appears in the left corner of the LCD display, and the caliper enters the Inc memory measurement. At the same time, clear to zero, and start counting from the position of the caliper frame to zero when pressing the INC key.
Absolute measurement: press the INC button in the relative measurement mode, the Inc indicator will disappear and return to the absolute mode, and the counting will start from the zero position (origin) set by the startup.
